Cancellations made 24–48 hours before check-in (as specified at booking) may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period or no-shows may not be eligible for any refund.

Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable (clearly mentioned at booking time).
2. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used (Amazon Pay or authorized gateway).

Refund processing time is typically 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider and bank.

Any payment gateway or bank charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Modification of Booking

Date or room changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Modification requests must be made before the check-in date.
4. Early Check-Out

Early check-out may not qualify for a refund unless approved by hotel management under exceptional circumstances.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be guaranteed for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies.
